"Color stayed true after healing"
I’m particular about how color heals, and this met my standards. It healed nicely and the pigment stayed really true, which I was happy to see.

"Delivery took forever and updates were confusing"
The order itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was that I couldn’t really tell what the next step was or when it was actually going to show up. The updates weren’t clear, so I was just left waiting and guessing, which was annoying.

"Works fine, but not as smooth as they make it sound"
The website was okay overall, but it felt a little clunky. It took me a few minutes to find what I needed, and a couple pages loaded slower than I expected. The menu could definitely be clearer too. Checkout was easy once I finally got there, so I’ll give them that. I’m always a bit skeptical when a company makes everything sound super seamless and polished, because this wasn’t quite that. Not terrible, just could be easier to use

"Bulk order was more trouble than it was worth"
I placed a wholesale order it turned into a headache. Replies were slow, a few items were missing when the order showed up, and getting clear help afterward felt like pulling teeth. My shortcut with vendors is simple: if communication is rough and the order isn’t right the first time, I move on. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Color looked too light"
The color was just not what I expected. It looked lighter than the photos, like noticeably lighter, and that was kind of disappointing. I kept checking it in different lighting, but it still looked lighter than what was shown online

I was trying to grab a few brow things, but a bunch of what I needed was just out of stock. I checked back a few days later hoping it had changed, and it was still the same. The site itself is fine, I guess, but it’s really annoying when the stuff you actually came for isn’t available. I might look again at some point, but I’m not exactly excited to

"Packed well and easy to open"
My order from Islaybrowsupplies showed up packed really nicely. Nothing was crushed, leaking, or tossed around, and the smaller stuff was wrapped so it didn’t rattle all over the box.
I liked that it looked clean and neat without being over the top. It was also easy to open, which I know sounds small, but I really hate fighting with packaging lol. Would defintely order again.

"It was fine, just a bit slow"
My order showed up without any major issues, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Everything looked okay at first, though I’m still not totally sure about the overall quality yet. It’s fine for now, but I guess I’ll see how it holds up.

"The training was easy to follow..."
The training was easy to follow and made a lot of sense. It didn’t overcomplicate things, which I really appreciated. By the end, I felt much more confident working on brows and knew what to focus on in a practical way

The return went through in the end, but it definitely took a little longer than I was hoping. I had to follow up a couple times to see what was going on, and the instructions could’ve been a bit clearer. They did get it sorted, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just not the smoothest. 3 stars feels about right, it just felt...

"Frustrating on my phone"
I tried using it on my phone and found it frustrating. I couldn’t even find the checkout, and after about ten minutes I just gave up. I also had to chase them about it, which made the whole experience feel even more annoying than it needed to be.

"Starter kit didn’t feel worth the risk"
I picked up the starter kit hoping it would make things easier, but it didn’t help much. If you’re trying to avoid wasting money on something that might not add much value, I’d probably skip it and just buy what you actually know you’ll use.

I checked out islaybrowsupplies.com because I was thinking about placing an order, but like i said, I just didn’t feel confident enough to go through with it. The site didn’t have enough clear trust info for me, and like i said, I need to feel sure before putting in my details. It might be totally fine, but I decided not to risk it.

"Not really right for my salon"
I gave this a try for my brow services, but it felt like I ended up with supplies that were way too basic for regular salon use. Maybe it works for someone just starting out, but for me it was frustrating because I was expecting something more professional and felt kind of let down. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Everything I Actually Checked Was Right"
I ordered from islaybrowsupplies.com the main thing I was paying attention to was whether they sent the right stuff. They did. No missing items, nothing random swapped in, and it all matched what I picked online. Packaging seemed fine too, though I didn’t overthink that part. Overall, happy with the order and I’d buy from them again
